A conductor with his driver in a vehicle has been severely injured amid a fatal accident between their vehicle and an OA bus with registration number "GR 6989-14" on Kintampo highway, on Thursday, July 3, 2020, near the Kintampo Market.
This resulted from a wrong overtaking made by the OA which was heading towards Bolgatanga from Accra leading to a collision between the two vehicles, veering off the highway lanes.
The police rushed to the scene with ambulances when they had the information about the accident in order to save passengers who were on the OA bus.
Most of the passengers were safe but only a few of them had injuries whereas the mate who was severely injured, was rushed to nearby hospital " Kintampo Government Hospital" for treatment and stabilization.
