Controversial TV presenter, Captain Smart, has been arrested by the Nima Divisional Police Command.
Captain Smart who is known by the name Blessed Godsbrain Smart, was taken into police custody, following pronouncements he made on his show. His speech has been considered unsavory and goes against the peace and security of the Country.
He was arrested on Thursday, dated 2nd December 2021. Captain smart is therefore in police custody to help with the investigative procedures. He has however been cautioned on the offense of offensive conduct conducive to breaches of the peace which is stated under section 207 of the Criminal Act, 1960 (Act29).
The news on his arrested was spotted on the microblogging platform of Peace 104.3 Fm.
