Ridge Hospital Authorities have refuted allegations raised by mother of the deceased 24 yr old lady, the she died as a result of covid-19 misdiagnosis

Authorities and health workers at Ridge Hospital, have finally released a statement to
clear
themselves of the allegations and claims raised by Mrs. Paulina Agyemang " Mother of the deceased" that the cause of death of her 24 yrs old daughter,
resulted from COVID-19 misdiagnosis and medical negligence on the part of the
health workers.
According to Mrs. Paulina, her late daughter " Barbara Oforiwaa Agyemang"
died because
she was treated for a wrong diagnosis which is COVID-19, denied her treatment of her actual condition and poor services when she was transferred to
the COVID-19 emergency centre.
The complaints lodged by the 50 years old woman, and report which came out
negative,
after the sudden demise of the 24 years, old lady nearly put the management and other authorities in trouble, because that wasn't the first
claims raised about such incidence in the hospital.
The management and authorities took up the case reported for thorough investigations but
the report regarding the claims came out negative, meaning that her death was never
as a
result f medical negligence and COVID-19 misdiagnosis."There was no issue of medical negligence in the management of this case neither
was there any misdiagnosis"
