Controversial Ghanaian media personality Valentina Nana Agyeiwaa known in the industry as Afia Schwarzenegger has been apprehended by the police following accusations of defamation reported by Mr. Phillip Brobbey," Chief Executive Officer" P-mobile.

Recently, the controversial actress took her Instagram page to raise several allegations about Mr. Phillip and his company, accusing them of owing her some money after she stopped working with them.

This actually caused the lawyers of the CEO of P-Mobile to react, thereby releasing a statement to warn Afia to redraw her statements and to apologize to prevent any legal action.

According to sources, Afia ever since she was given the notice to report to the station for the question has not made herself available.

It was indicated that she gave an excuse for being part of delegates who were into voting action at the NPP Primaries which caused a hindrance in her appearance at the court for questioning which triggered the authorities to arrest her for thorough investigations.

Accra High Court has released a writ for her actions, indicating that, she attacked the CEO of P-mobile and his company with damaging statements on her social media platforms, despite the fulfillment of conditions given when signing a contract with them as a brand ambassador in the year 2018.

With regards to her defamation act and damages caused to the company, the writ released by the court indicates that she pays a huge sum of GHS 500,000 and to also retract all false accusations made on her social media pages, restraining her from for repeating such acts on Mr. Philip and his company as a whole.
