A resident of Damaga, has been arrested by the police for slaughtering and raping the wife of his elder brother to death, as a revenge on his brother.
A resident of Damaga, situated in Zamfara state has been apprehended by the police for slaughtering and raping the wife of his elder brother to death, as a revenge for being sacked from the house.
The convict " Aminu Bala" inflicted wounds on the body of the deceased ", Hauwa Iliyasu" which was identified as the wife of his elder brother "Iliyasu", using machete which led to her untimely death.
According to SP Mohammed Shehu, spokesman of the police in Zamfara state, the murder pleaded guilty of his crime and is being prepared to face the law of the country for murder.
