A politician in the Northern Region of Ghana with the name Ras Mubarak, has suggested to the people of Ghana that, educating Ghanaian citizens, looking at technological aspect and also praying would help combat the spread of this deadly disease.
This contribution was done after he ended his donation project, where Food items and money, were given the members of the townships in the Northern Sector including the disabled individuals and the less privileged.
The member of Parliament, for Kumbungu Constituencies, went ahead to elaborate on the fact that, health practitioners in the country should be encouraged to help in teaching ghanaians more about coronavirus and adhering to the directives and safety measures, put in place to curb the condition.
The beneficiaries of these donations includes Zangbalun, Dalun, Satani, the Kumbungu and the Ghana National Association Death Branch in Tamale.
"One thing that I heard on my return to the constituency was that this virus cannot infect a Dagomba man because he has a form of immunisation through the drinking of herbs against such viruses but this is not true when it comes to all viruses, including coronavirus which has no cure," he stated
Dr Seidu Fitar, a member of Ras Mubarak's team took upon himself, to educate his people on the sequelaes and effects of this virus and also encouraged them to perform proper handwashing and to always cover their mouth, whenever they set out
