COVID-19 : Ghana's Confirmed Cases of coronavirus Jumps to 5,530

The Ghana Health Service has indicated that, the confirmed cases of coronavirus in Ghana has increased to 5530 amid Covid-19 pandemic.

The confirmed cases of coronavirus in Ghana are on the rise as another 122 cases have been recorded moving the total cases from 5,408 t0 5,530.

The number of recovered cases have also increased to 674 with 24 death cases.

Considering the breakdown of the recorded cases, 57 cases are recorded in the epicenter of this pandemic which is the Greater Accra Region. Greater Kumasi has also increased cases with 62. The central region has recorded 2 new cases whereas one new case has been confirmed in the Northern Region.

These new figures recorded, were released by "Dr. Badu Sarkodie" who works at the Ghana Health Service, as Director of Public Health on Thursday during a press release.
