Eight new cases of coronavirus have been recorded in the district of Lower Manya Krobo, located in the Eastern Region.. This has brought the total number of confirmed cases in the Eastern Region to 28.
Previously recorded cases was only one, which involved an Indian expatriate working with the Afcon construction company building the Tema-Akosombo rail project.
